The Reminding Project is a social business rethinking leadership in the 21st century. Drawing from cutting edge neuroscience and evidence-based best practices in mindfulness, leadership, and organizational development, we design and facilitate programs that transform people and teams for resilience, collaborative ease and collective wisdom. We believe that individuals and teams have the capacity to unlock their latent potential and discover emergent solutions for sustainable growth and well being of all involved.
The foundation for all of our work is the development of six core mindfulness skills: Focus, Awareness, Curiosity, Inner Calm, Compassion, and Balance. Our Re-Minding Leaders program provides leaders with one-on-one coaching and skill development that’s customized and iterative, building towards the emergence of a comprehensive and dynamic wisdom. The Re-Minding Teams program supports teams and the individuals that comprise them, leveraging the six core mindfulness skills to build engagement and resilience, foster efficient collaboration, and pave the way for the emergence of collective wisdom.
