The foundation for all of our work is the development of six core mindfulness skills: Focus, Awareness, Curiosity, Inner Calm, Compassion, and Balance. The Re-Minding Teams program supports teams and the individuals that comprise them, leveraging the six core mindfulness skills to build engagement and resilience, foster efficient collaboration, and pave the way for the emergence of collective wisdom.
The Reminding Teams program uses the Predictive Index™, a quick and simple yet powerful tool that highlights primary personality characteristics that describe, explain, and predict day-to-day workplace behaviors. We leverage the Predictive Index™ throughout the program to deepen and enhance participants’ understanding of themselves and each other, and to strategize new structures based on the team’s unique culture and drivers.
